The key to having easy to find content is by making sure you understand the organizational tools available and then deciding the easiest way to use those.

WordPress has several different ways to organize your content, two of which are Categories and Tags.

Think of Categories as a broad and overarching. Tags are more specific to the particular content posted. For example, you may have a category that is Marketing, but you tag your posts with more specifics like “social media” or “brochures.”
